  • Patent number: 11719328
Abstract: The present invention relates to a drive for reaching a desired position of a component such as of a rotor blade, a crane tower, a superstructure and the like, having at least two drive elements that are in toothed engagement with one another and of which at least one is drivable from a drive source and the other is connectable to the component, and having a lubricating device for lubricating the drive elements, wherein at least one lubricant passage for the supply of lubricant to a meshing tooth pair is led through one of the drive elements. It is proposed to effect the supply of the lubricant by a distributor that is connected upstream of the lubricant passage integrated in the drive element and to control the connection between a supply passage of the distributor and the at least one lubricant passage integrated in the drive element by a relative movement between the drive element and the distributor.

  • Publication number: 20230151882
Abstract: The invention relates to a drive unit for a construction and/or material handling machine or lifting equipment such as a crane, comprising a torque density of more than 20 Nm/l at a predetermined output speed, wherein the drive unit comprises a drive motor and a connected transmission, wherein a fast-running electric motor is provided as the drive motor, wherein the motor speed thereof is at least two times said output speed of the drive unit and is reduced by the transmission by a factor of at least 2 to the output speed of the drive unit.

  • Publication number: 20210114656
Abstract: The present invention relates to a tracked vehicle comprising at least two drivable crawler chains, a sensor device for detecting the actual speed of each of the at least two crawler chains, and a control device for controlling the driving speeds of the at least two crawler chains, wherein the control device includes a curve control module for adjusting different driving speeds for the at least two crawler chains for cornering in dependence on a steering signal of a steering signal transmitter. According to a first aspect it is proposed that with an individual drive of the at least two crawler chains the still operable other drive motor no longer follows the target rotational speed specified for the normal operation upon failure of a drive motor, but follows the sensorially detected chain or drive train speed of the failed drive by taking account of the steering signal and of the speed difference between the left and right chain sides, which is needed for the commanded curve.

  • Patent number: 10737917
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hoisting winch assembly comprising at least two preferably axially parallel drums spaced from each other axially, which can be driven in synchronism with each other by two motors via a transmission assembly. The invention furthermore relates to a crane, in particular a gantry and/or container crane, with such hoisting winch assembly. According to the invention, the transmission assembly has at least two separate gear trains, so that each motor is in drive connection with one drum each via a separate gear train. As compared to a common transmission to which both motors are connected, the separate gear trains can be configured significantly lighter and smaller, as no longer the power of both motors added up, but only the power of one motor must be transmitted. Nevertheless, high hoisting powers can be provided on the whole, as each motor must drive only one drum.
