  • Publication number: 20220347615
Abstract: A tubular filter arrangement (1000) comprising a tubular filter element (100) and a tubular air pulse distributor (300) is provided. The filter element comprises a tubular pleated filter media (106) having an initially circular cross section, and a cage structure (120) and which along an exterior envelope surface thereof is arranged to support the pleated filter media. The exterior envelope surface of the cage structure, defines a first and a second set of two opposing wall portions (123, 124). In a condition when the pleated filter media is arranged to encircle the exterior envelope surface of the cage structure, an inner wall (107) of the pleated filter media is elastically deformed to conform to the exterior envelope surface of the cage structure (120). The tubular air pulse distributor comprises a locking member (303) configured to allow the tubular air pulse distributor to lockingly engage the tubular filter element.

  • Patent number: 10558223
Abstract: There is provided an autonomous vehicle for pushing feed lying on a floor, comprising a frame; a skirt rotatably connected to the frame, wherein a bottom portion of the skirt continuously contacts the floor to push the feed. The vehicle comprises a sensor assembly for detecting a magnetic field emitted from a magnetic guiding element inserted in the floor and a control unit mounted for directing rotation of the skirt and for guiding the vehicle along a predetermined path formed by the magnetic guiding element. Also provided is an autonomous vehicle with a skirt drive mechanism mounted to the frame for driving rotation of the skirt, and an autonomous vehicle comprising a prism-shaped skirt rotatably connected to the frame. There is also provided methods for installing a magnetically guided autonomous vehicle and for pushing feed using an autonomous vehicle, as well as systems and kits comprising said vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20060271436
Abstract: In a method and system for managing a computer network-based loyalty and benefits program for an organization, the following operations are implemented. A network-based access benefits web site for the organization is first dynamically generated. Then, the network-based benefits web site indicates the information concerning partners of the loyalty and benefits program, the partners providing benefits. Also, a promotional object is further supplied to members, the promotional object allowing the members to access the network-based benefits web site and to use the benefits from the partners. In addition, the benefits web site information is dynamically published and controlled, and when the members use the benefits from the partners, the partners honor the benefits they have agreed to provide.

  • Publication number: 20050072492
Abstract: A lumber unscrambler and conveyor having first and second rigid units mounted at an incline on a support structure. Each unit has a plurality of spaced apart parallel plates in series along the incline and parallel thereto. The plates on the respective first and second units are inter-leaved in alternate relation. The plates have an upper article supporting surface and a leading edge generally transverse to the incline. The leading edge of plates proximate the in-feed end are of greater depth than those further along the path toward the out-feed end. The units are supported on the support structure to move relative thereto and one another. The units are driven in synchronized out of phase relation reciprocating along the inclined path. A hopper at the in-feed end receives and holds a supply of lumber pieces of selected dimension and as the plates reciprocate they move pieces of the lumber from the hopper to the out-feed end discharging normally only a single stick one after another.

  • Publication number: 20040079210
Abstract: The present invention relates to a log-processing machine that includes a frame and at least one cutting head that is movable in relation to the frame along a path of travel. The path of travel includes a horizontal displacement component and a vertical displacement component and defines a plurality of log engaging positions. For example, the at least one cutting heads are movably mounted to the frame via at least one pivot, whereby the path of travel is defined by the cutting head's movement about the pivot. The log-processing machine is adapted to receive end loaded logs, such that when the at least one cutting head is in engagement with a log, a relative movement between the log and the cutting heads in a longitudinal direction of the log causes the cutting heads to cut away a side of the log.
