  • Patent number: 11738733
Abstract: An actuating arrangement (1) for a parking brake of a motor vehicle, having a first actuating unit (5), for manual actuation of the parking brake, and a shaft (2) for transmitting braking forces (F1, F2) to at least one wheel brake cylinder (4) of a service brake of the motor vehicle. The first actuating unit (5) is operatively connected to the shaft (2) so that, when the first actuating unit (5) is actuated, a first braking force (F1) is transmitted via the shaft (2) to the at least one wheel brake cylinder (4). The actuating arrangement (1) has a second actuating unit (7) for the controllable actuation of the parking brake. The second actuating unit (7) is operatively connected to the shaft (2) so that, when the second actuating unit (7) is actuated, a second braking force (F2) is transmitted via the shaft (2) to the wheel brake cylinder (5).

  • Publication number: 20220244168
Abstract: An apparatus includes an integrated waveguide structure, and a first light source operable to produce a probe beam having a first wavelength, wherein the probe beam is coupled into a first end of the waveguide structure. A second light source is operable to produce an excitation beam with having a second wavelength to excite gas molecules in close proximity to a path of the probe beam. A light detector is coupled to a second end of the integrated waveguide structure and is operable to detect the probe beam after it passes through the waveguide structure. The apparatus is operable such that excitation of the gas molecules results in a temperature increase of the gas molecules that induces a change in the probe beam that is measurable by the light detector.

  • Publication number: 20220239196
Abstract: An electromotive transmission device for a vehicle having an electric motor (2) comprising a stator winding (7) and a rotor (5). A drive shaft is driven by an input shaft (12) via a transmission. The transmission is arranged coaxially with the input shaft (12) and the electric motor (2). The stator winding (7) can be cooled by a cooling unit. The transmission has an annular support component, which is joined to the inner face of the radial end wall (11). Pressurized oil is supplied to a radially running annular passage (18) arranged in the end wall (11) and/or the annular support component. A plurality of spray outlets (19) are distributed around the circumference of the annular passage (18) or a radially running slot-like spray outlet. The spray or sprays from the spray outlets (19) are directed at the stator winding (7) and/or the rotor.

  • Patent number: 10985291
Abstract: The photodiode device comprises a substrate (1) of semiconductor material with a main surface (10), a plurality of doped wells (3) of a first type of conductivity, which are spaced apart at the main surface (10), and a guard ring (7) comprising a doped region of a second type of conductivity, which is opposite to the first type of conductivity. The guard ring (7) surrounds an area of the main surface (10) including the plurality of doped wells (3) without dividing this area. Conductor tracks (4) are electrically connected with the doped wells (3), which are thus interconnected, and further conductor tracks (5) are electrically connected with a region of the second type of conductivity. A doped surface region (2) of the second type of conductivity is present at the main surface (10) and covers the entire area between the guard ring (7) and the doped wells (3).
