  • Patent number: 11927514
Abstract: A method is provided for calibrating a measurement process for a measurement system having a fluid detector, which is provided with a preconcentrator and a fluid sensor. The measurement system for detecting a concentration of a substance to be detected has a sorption phase, during which the fluid to be detected is enriched for a sorption duration (t) in the preconcentrator in a first state, and a measurement phase, in which a concentration of the substance to be detected resulting from the release of the substance to be detected that was enriched in the preconcentrator is measured. The fluid detector is calibrated by adjusting the sorption duration (t).

  • Patent number: 9616648
Abstract: A profile carrier includes a base profile of metal and a reinforcement member of fiber-reinforced plastic material that reinforces the base profile. The reinforcement member and the base profile are connected to each other by at least one wall-side positive-locking element that is provided on a profile wall of the base profile and that extends in a transverse direction of the profile wall. The at least one wall-side positive-locking element and the reinforcement member engage one inside of the other in the transverse direction of the profile wall with a positive-locking connection between the reinforcement member and the base profile formed substantially parallel to the profile wall.

  • Patent number: 8730124
Abstract: A compressible and deployable helical antenna (2) includes a supporting structure (7) having a helical shape. The supporting structure (7) includes a core (18), especially of foamed material, and a carrier layer (19) of composite fiber material, the carrier layer (19) being located on the core (18). An electrically conducting layer (8) is located on the carrier layer (19). An antenna unit (1) includes the compressible and deployable helical antenna (2) and a reflector plate (3). The reflector plate (3) is connected to the helical antenna (2).
