  • Patent number: 6058899
Abstract: A device for separating impurities from the lubricating oil of an internal combustion engine, in which the device (1) has at least one filter insert (2), a centrifuge (3) operable by the flow of lubricating oil, and at least one discharge channel (5) for cleaned oil, in which the filter insert (2) and the centrifuge operable by the flow of oil are in separate housings linked by at least one communicating oil channel (6).

  • Patent number: 5924327
Abstract: A shifting assembly for a change speed gearbox includes axially displaceable shift rods and pivotably displaceable shift rockers for actuating respective gear wheel clutches. Locking elements in the form of linear pins and pivotal members are abuttingly engaged with the respective shifting mechanisms so as to assure locking of all other shift rockers and shift rods when one of the shift rockers and shift rods is moved to a clutch actuating position.

    Inventors: Hans-Jurgen Neubauer, Martin Schetter
  • Patent number: 5802916
Abstract: In a shift device of a change speed gearbox, a shift rod is mounted axially displaceably on a shift casing unit and on a casing part, securing the latter, of a gearbox casing, which is divided into two, and a shift rocker is pivotably mounted on two bearing brackets of the shift casing unit.

  • Patent number: 5693217
Abstract: A hydraulic fluid circuit having a primary stream filter and a centrifuge disposed on a bypass, in which a device for setting a minimum response pressure for operation of the centrifuge and for maintaining an overall maximum pressure in the fluid circuit is arranged between primary stream filter and the centrifuge.

  • Patent number: 5186070
Abstract: In a gear-change device for the transmission of a motor vehicle to whose gear-change levers (23, 24 and 25) are fastened locking levers (29, 30 and 31) having locking grooves (32), when one of said gear-change levers (23, 24 or 25) pivots from its neutral position to a shift position, the other gear-change levers (23, 24 or 25) are locked in their neutral position via locking elements. The locking elements are designed, at the same time, in a manner such as to be universally applicable irrespective of the position of the gear-change levers. According to the invention, the locking elements are designed as two-arm rockers (34 and 35) supported parallel to the swivel bearing (26) of the gear-change levers (23, 24 and 25) and engaging in the locking grooves (32) via locking cams (33).

  • Patent number: 5140866
Abstract: In a gearshift device of a multiple-gear transmission of a motor vehicle in which gear shift gates are selected by the rotation of a central selector shaft (2) and gear steps are engaged by the subsequent axial movement thereof. The selector shaft (2) is non-rotatably and axially movable via roller bodies in a hub (4) of a lever-type selector rocker (3). Several rows of balls (12) extending axially, which with a part of their surface positively engage in guide grooves (10 and 11) both of the hub (4) and of the selector shaft (2), are arranged in a cage (13) situated between hub (4) and selector shaft (2) to prevent backlash between the hub (4) and the selector shaft (2) in a peripheral direction in a radial direction.
