  • Publication number: 20240186087
Abstract: A vacuum switch device has a housing body, a stationary electrical contact and a moving electrical contact, which is arranged within the housing body. With a movement of the moving contact towards the stationary contact, the contacts form an electrical contact. With a movement away the electrical contact is interrupted. A sliding bearing provides sliding support for the moving contact for its movement towards and away from the stationary contact. The sliding bearing has an electrically conductive material and at least partially electrically insulates the housing body. A spring element is supported on a spring support and presses the moving electrical contact in the direction of the stationary electrical contact. There is also provided a circuit with a main current path and a parallel auxiliary current path. The vacuum switch device is arranged in the auxiliary current path.

  • Patent number: 11933266
Abstract: Thus there is provided a method of installing rotor blades of a wind turbine to a rotor hub of the wind turbine. The wind turbine has a tower having a tower longitudinal axis. The rotor hub has a first, a second and a third rotor blade connection. The rotor hub is rotated until the first rotor blade connection is at an angle of 90° or 270° with respect to the tower longitudinal axis. The first rotor blade is lifted substantially horizontally and fixed to the rotor blade connection. The rotor hub is rotated so that the second rotor blade connection is at an angle of 90° or 270° with respect to the tower longitudinal axis. The second rotor blade is lifted substantially horizontally and fixed to the second rotor blade connection. The rotor hub is further rotated until the third rotor blade connection is at an angle of 60° or 300° with respect to the tower longitudinal axis. The third rotor blade is lifted at an angle of ?=30° with respect to a horizontal and fixed to the third rotor blade connection.

  • Publication number: 20230148091
Abstract: In a method for determining and classifying at least one object in a sensing area of a sensor, a two- or three-dimensional image of the sensing area is captured by means of the sensor. Sensor data corresponding to the image is generated. The object in the image is determined by means of the sensor data and by means of first template data of at least one first template object using a neural network. The neural network has been trained using the first template data. The first template data corresponds to an image of the first template object. At least one first object class is associated with the first template object. The object is classified by the neural network determining whether the object belongs to the first object class or not.

  • Publication number: 20140132419
Abstract: A remote diagnostic system is disclosed comprising a device having at least one annunciator operatively connected to the device for conveying a signal representative of at least one device state. A modulator modulates the annunciator signal to allow additional data to be digitally encoded into the annunciator signal. A signal capture means creates a digital recording of the annunciator signal which is transmitted to the digital recording to another location for interpretation of the additional data.

  • Patent number: 4557175
Abstract: A musical instrument that produces whistle-type tones responsive to the impingement of sunlight or other source of electromagnetic radiation upon one or more radiation-absorbent porous-to-air, generally disc-shaped generator member or members disposed interiorly and in the lower half of a vertically oriented transparent or partially transparent tube with angled open ends. The generator member or members may be in the form of a wire mesh or gauze. In a preferred embodiment, Fresnel lenses are employed to focus sunlight on the generators contained within a plurality of tubes of differing lengths that are grouped together to form a musical instrument suitable for display in public places for the entertainment and scientific edification of the public.
