  • Publication number: 20210231233
Abstract: A pipe-on-pipe pipe support apparatus and method of use is disclosed. The pipe support apparatus has an upper corrugated support surface comprised of a series of valleys and ridges and a bottom have a support surface that conforms to the curved or circular surface of an underlying pipe support structure such as a pipe. The bottom surface and support surface create flanges or guides to hold the pipe support apparatus upon the underlying pipe support structure. The support surface may be a skid-resistant support surface. The supported piping is positioned to rest solely upon the ridges on the upper surface of the pipe support apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10066764
Abstract: A pipe support structure comprised of a base having a curved upper surface that create pipe support blocks from a series of adjacent ridges with an intervening valleys. The adjacent ridges of the support blocks support a pipe on its peripheral underside surface. The supported pipe may be positioned to extend either transverse to or parallel to the ridges and adjacent valleys. The valleys are sloped to serve as fluid drainage channels to remove fluid that may collect on the support structure base. The ridges and valleys of the support blocks may be sized and spaced apart as desired to provide support to a pipe of a desired size or a range of sizes.

  • Patent number: 9644767
Abstract: A pipe support structure comprised of a series of blocks mounted on a base to create opposing ridges arrayed on opposite sides of a central drainage channel. The ridges have a rounded curved outer surface and create intervening valleys that are sloped to direct fluid flow into the central drainage channel. The ridges are arranged and oriented so that the curved outer surface of the ridges support the pipe on its peripheral underside above with the drainage channel and create a space between the bottom of the pipe and the base. The blocks may be angled to further facilitate desired drainage into the drainage channel.
