  • Publication number: 20240343497
Abstract: The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a facility for supporting sensitive piece goods without having to manually assemble and disassemble auxiliary structures, which have to be returned to their place of origin after transportation. Such solutions are known from prior art but require a lot of time and work. This problem is solved by a transport frame having a simple mechanism that does not require manual intervention. To this end, on both sides of a loading shaft, a plurality of supports stacked on one another are arranged in a transport container and, in an unfolded state, are in a release position so that the piece goods can be placed on a bottom support without being obstructed by the loading shaft. A loaded support presses the next higher support into a receiving position so that, without having to interact from outside, the piece goods can be loaded into the transport frame one after the other.

  • Publication number: 20130239948
Abstract: The basis for the function of a linearly concentrating solar collector lies, in simple terms, in the fact that reflectors reflect incident sunlight onto a receiver tube through which a heat-absorbing medium flows. Owing to the rotation of the Earth, the reflectors need to be adjusted regularly, however, in order to ensure that the sunlight hits the receiver tube. Known tracking methods use calculated positions of the sun for this purpose, which, in the case of structural deviations, for example as a result of expansion and material stress, results in inaccuracies and losses in efficiency. The invention is intended to improve the tracking of the reflectors in such a linearly concentrating solar collector.

  • Patent number: 8240320
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for cleaning solar panels by means of a washing apparatus (1) which can be displaced on the solar panel (2) and applies rinsing water to the surface of the solar panel (2) and washes the surface with the help of washing nozzles and/or brushes. The washing apparatus (1) embraces the solar panel (2) in the edge region in such a way that the washing apparatus (1) is guided in a longitudinally movable way directly on the solar panel (2).

  • Publication number: 20110180059
Abstract: In order to increase the efficiency of a solar thermal system, it is proposed that a measuring robot movable in the longitudinal extension, which can measure the radiance distribution directed at the receiver tube along the receiver and therefore can check if the reflectors of the system are correctly adjusted, be placed on the cover of the receiver, which is supported in a raised manner.

  • Publication number: 20100071683
Abstract: The invention relates to a Fresnel solar collector arrangement consisting essentially of a receiver (1) and a mirror arrangement associated with the receiver (1). The arrangement is temperature-compensated by the use of materials with the same temperature expansion coefficient for the receiver mast (2) and the mirror supporting framework (4), and the adjustment of the primary mirror (6, 6?) in relation to the sun by a mechanical coupling of the mirror is simplified by means of an electromotive connecting rod.

  • Publication number: 20090260753
Abstract: In order to produce heliostats, which are used in solar-thermal power stations, the method according to the invention provides for a mirror plate (1) to be placed on a mount structure (2) using a required-shape mould (5) and with the interposition of adhesion means (6). The required-shape mould (5) and the position and orientation with respect to a defined reference point are in this case transferred to the mirror plate (1) and are modeled into the adhesive means (6). Once the adhesive means (6) have cured, the required-shape mould (5) is removed, after which its shape is embossed in the mirror plate (1).
