  • Patent number: 10043617
Abstract: A locking system for a disconnect switch mounted to a utility pole. The locking system includes an attachment assembly mounted to the disconnect switch. The attachment assembly has an attachment body with a groove, and a locking arm disposed within the groove and pivotable between an open configuration and a locked configuration. A trigger mechanism extends through the locking arm and selectively secures the locking arm in the locked configuration. The locking system also has a lock assembly mounted to the attachment assembly, which has a lock body defining a central aperture for receiving a key therein. The lock assembly has a rotatable cam disposed at an end of the central aperture. The cam engages the key upon being rotated thereby. When it rotates, the cam engages the trigger mechanism to selectively secure the locking arm in the locked configuration.

  • Patent number: 7942620
Abstract: A tire handling apparatus comprises a structural body composed of a hydraulically actuated scissor lift assembly for adjusting the height of a tire receiving platform; a movable plank that can be stowed away when not in use but is protruding off the side of the body so that it can receive a tire removed from a vehicle. The plank slides longitudinally across the length of the receiving platform so as to be in line with an empty receiving niche. The structural body is on wheels so that the tire handling apparatus can be moved from location to location as required.

  • Publication number: 20100041533
Abstract: An apparatus for balancing a tubular cylinder roll having an inner annular face comprises an annular body defining inner and outer faces. These annular body is outwardly biased so as to provide the outer face thereof to sufficiently engage the inner annular face of the tubular cylinder roll so as to stay in position. Weight receiving elements are disposed on the inner face of the annular body for removably receiving balance weights. When the apparatus is mounted to the cylinder roll, the balance weights can be selectively and removably mounted thereto thereby balancing the cylinder roll.
