  • Publication number: 20230191967
Abstract: A method for producing a connection, including the steps of: providing a connecting part and a retaining part; making a cut-out in the retaining part, wherein a plane is created by the cut-out; turning a deformation region of the retaining part surrounding the cut-out out of the plane such that the cut-out is enlarged and a seat is produced; arranging the connecting part in the cut-out; and forming the deformation region back in the direction of the plane such that the cut-out is reduced in size and the retaining part is connected at least force-fittingly to the connecting part.

  • Publication number: 20230128942
Abstract: The holder for a center console, including a first fastening region for fastening to the vehicle body as well as a second fastening region for fastening to the center console, wherein the first fastening region and the second fastening region are connected by at least one arm extending in the Z-direction. The arm has a primary region with a first center axis and at least one secondary region with a second center axis which form relative to one another at least one bend point, which permits deformation of the primary region relative to the secondary region and thus a movement of the first fastening region relative to the second fastening region in the Z-direction.

  • Publication number: 20230009545
Abstract: The invention relates among other things to a cover assembly (10) with a first cover part (13) and a second cover part (14), where each cover part (13, 14) is movable relative to a base about a separate pivot axis between a closed position and an open position and is biased by a spring (16a, 16b) into the open position, where one leg (18) of the spring (16a, 16b) is supported on the base and one leg (17) loads the cover part (13, 14), and can be held in the closed position by a latch that is adjustable between a latching position and a release position, where the spring tension is adjustable by an adjuster (20).

  • Patent number: 11390202
Abstract: The invention relates to a fitting (10) for a vehicle interior comprising a base (11) and comprising a pivotable part (12) that is pivotable relative to the base about a pivot axis (a) between a first position and a second position, comprising a brake (20) with a first sliding structure (23) on the base (11) having at least one first slide surface (21) and a second sliding structure (25) on the arm support (12) having at least one second slide surface (22), wherein the second slide surface (22) is motion-connected to the arm support (12). The particular feature is that the first slide surface (21) and/or the second slide surface (22) is formed at least partially as a ramp (24).

  • Patent number: 10562424
Abstract: An armrest has a base, a support arm pivotal on the base between a first end position and a second end position, and a latch including a first latch formation on the support arm and a second latch formation on the base for securing the support arm relative to the base in at least one of the end positions. A spring biases the support arm into the first end position and carries one of the first and second latch formations.

  • Patent number: 5963413
Abstract: A spark gap for use in the power supply of medium voltage and low voltage networks, wherein two rotationally symmetric electrodes are arranged in a housing and an arc space is provided between the two electrodes for the arc which is formed in the event of a spark-over and its follow-on current. The two electrodes are arranged in the direction of the longitudinal center axis of the spark gap one behind the other and at a distance from each other. A disk of an electrically insulating material is positioned perpendicularly of the longitudinal center axis so as to electrically separate the two electrodes from each other. The insulating disk has an opening adapted to the hollow cylindrical inner space forming the spark-over place for the arc. The arc space includes a rotationally symmetric arc chamber arranged concentrically with the longitudinal center axis for the follow-on current. The arc chamber is positioned between the two electrodes.
