    Abstract: An apparatus includes an energy storage circuit, an input circuit, and a hybrid management circuit. The energy storage circuit is structured to receive information regarding a state of charge (SOC) and a state of health (SOH) of an energy storage device structured to store energy. The input circuit is structured to receive an indication of a torque demand. The hybrid management circuit is structured to: determine a SOH adjustment factor based on the SOH of the energy storage device; determine a first torque output for a genset based on the SOH adjustment factor and the SOC of the energy storage device, the genset including an engine and a first motor-generator; and operate the genset to provide the first torque output and to generate an amount of energy for a second motor-generator to meet the torque demand according to the SOH adjustment factor.

The apparatus further includes a response management circuit structured to receive an indication regarding the position of the accelerator and the speed of the vehicle; determine that the indication satisfies a remapping condition, the remapping condition including at least one of a creep condition, an obstacle condition, a deceleration condition, and a reverse condition; and dynamically remap the associated response of the prime mover of the vehicle based on the position of the accelerator in response to the indication satisfying the remapping condition.

The controller also determines a verification period and a derate reduction period based on the ambient or GPS information to reduce the sustained derate in response to detecting a lack of traction control event during the verification period at a rate determined by the derate reduction period.

The method includes detecting individual voltages for each electrical component in the plurality of electrical components using a voltage sensor of each of the electrical components in the plurality of electrical components; determining a baseline voltage for each of the electrical components in the plurality of electrical components, the baseline voltage corresponding to at least a subset of the individual voltages; and comparing any one of the individual voltages to the baseline voltage to determine if that individual voltage is anomalous.
