Abstract: Methods of producing a synthetic material part are provided, of which at least sections are lacquered and which include a base body which contains a synthetic material, in particular for a motor vehicle. A first method includes the steps of extruding the synthetic material to produce the base body; lacquering at least sections of the base body; and packaging the base body. The sections that are lacquered can be transported or shipped without being damaged.
