  • Patent number: 11834006
Abstract: A vehicle seat console has at least one vehicle-side guide element and at least one seat-side guide element which is arranged parallel to the vehicle-side guide element. The vehicle seat console also has at least one longitudinal adjustment device which is acted upon by a drive device and is designed to produce a relative adjustment between the vehicle-side guide element and the seat-side guide element. A force-limiting device with a force-limiting element is provided between the longitudinal adjustment device and the vehicle-side guide element and/or between the longitudinal adjustment device and the seat-side guide element. The force-limiting element has a first deformation section which deforms under the effect of a force acting thereon above a specified force threshold. The force-limiting element has a second deformation section which is guided by a deflecting assembly.

  • Patent number: 11458908
Abstract: A display device for the interior of a vehicle includes a display unit designed for optically displaying information, and a movement device swivel unit designed to swivel the display unit about a swivel axis, in particular controllably, between a non-use position parallel to a roof liner of the vehicle and a use position, in particular swivelled away from the roof liner of the vehicle, and to retain the display unit, in particular controllably, in the non-use position and/or in the use position. The swivel unit has two pairs of coupled-together first and second levers, wherein, for a swivelling of the levers of a pair in relation to one another and about the first ends thereof, the first ends thereof are connected to one another such that they can swivel about respective swivel axes, and are attached directly or indirectly to the display unit. The second ends can be attached directly or indirectly to the roof liner of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11364825
Abstract: A vehicle seat arrangement has a vehicle seat for attaching to a vehicle structure of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, with a lower seat part having a seat structure and with a seat back. The lower seat part is mounted or can be mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the vehicle structure by a seat console, wherein at least the seat back is adjustable from a sitting position into a resting or lying position, and wherein between the lower seat part and the vehicle structure an energy absorption device is provided. In the event of a collision of the vehicle with an obstacle, the energy absorption device permits a braked relative movement along a braking path between the vehicle seat, which persists in a forwards movement due to inertia, and the vehicle structure, which is braked due to the collision. In the normal state, the vehicle seat is locked relative to the vehicle structure by a locking device and the locking is released in the event of a collision.

  • Patent number: 10925355
Abstract: Functional jewelry is disclosed. A bracelet includes a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs), a main control unit, and positional and situational sensors, typically including an accelerometer, as well as a decorative, interchangeable fascial layer. The bracelet may also include sensors such as capacitive touch sensors, a microphone, and a color sensor. A radio transceiver within the bracelet is adapted to implement a protocol such as BLUETOOTH® 4.0, and is adapted to allow the bracelet to communicate in peer-to-peer or master-slave mode. Two users can pair their bracelets in person, usually with a gestural trigger, for shared light displays, multi-player games, and other types of interactions. Larger groups can pair temporarily and contextually for multi-user displays and interactions, in an ad hoc network with distributed functions. Real-world interactions are communicated to a social network with profiles linked to the individual bracelets.
