    Abstract: A scale includes a weighing panel supported by a platform, a measurement module in communication with the weighing panel, a user interface supported by the platform and having at least one display and a user input, and a controller. The controller is in communication with the user interface and the measurement module. The controller is configured to: (i) receive a signal from the measurement module to determine a weight of a user, (ii) command the display to show the weight, (iii) receive an activity selection from the user input, and (iv) command the display to show the activity and a corresponding activity calorie estimate based on the weight of the user.
