  • Patent number: 11960627
Abstract: Technologies and techniques for anonymizing vehicle data. A data set is created on the basis of captured vehicle data and includes information regarding the location and/or time of the data capture. The information may be anonymized on the basis of traffic flow data by locally concealing the information regarding the location of the data capture and/or by temporally concealing the information regarding the time of the data capture. The traffic flow data may be based on group information received by the vehicle providing the vehicle data via vehicle-to-vehicle communication from other vehicles. A related motor vehicle and a network server directed to the anonymization is also provided herein.

  • Patent number: 11740079
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, to a computer program comprising instructions and to a device for determining a vehicle spacing for an observation period. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle and to a back end, in which a method according to the invention, or device according to the invention, is used. In a first step, measurement values relating to an average vehicle spacing for a plurality of measurement times are received. These values may be stored for later use. The situation may arise in which an unusable measurement value is identified at an error time. In this case, a vehicle spacing for a current observation period that contains the error time is determined based on a vehicle spacing determined from the recorded measurement values for a previous observation period.

  • Publication number: 20220268591
Abstract: The invention relates to a method, to a computer program with instructions, and to a device for processing data recorded by a motor vehicle. The invention additionally relates to a motor vehicle and to a back end in which a method according to the invention or a device according to the invention is used. In a first step, data recorded along a route traversed by the motor vehicle are received. The recorded data are then divided into segments of the traversed route, each of the segments being separated by a gap. Additionally, a spatial obfuscation is applied to the data of the segments of the traversed route. The obfuscated data are finally forwarded for further processing. The segmentation and the spatial obfuscation may be carried out within the motor vehicle or in a back end connected to the motor vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20210261954
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a novel method for the generation of a vector construct suitable for gene editing applications which comprises a fixed pair of predetermined expressible guide RNA (gRNA) sequences. The method of the invention allows for an easy construction of such vectors and provides in addition thereto vector libraries for the expression of fixed pairs of gRNAs. The vectors of the invention may be advantageously used to cut out larger genomic DNA sequences, or alternatively, to simultaneously introduce mutations in the genome without a loss or larger genomic sequences. Hence, the system of the invention provides for many molecular genetic approaches for genome alteration.

  • Publication number: 20190330616
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a novel method for the generation of highly diverse RNA expressing vectors and vector libraries for use in targeted gene knock out, knock down and genome modification approaches. The invention pertains to a method for generating such higher order libraries without the need of classical cloning technologies. This is particularly useful for libraries based on large vectors wherein a sequence cannot be easily mutated with classical mutagenesis methods. The vectors and libraries generated according to the methods of the invention are in particular for RNA assisted silencing technologies such as RNA interference, and for targeted genome editing using the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas system or similar RNA/DNA-encoded gene perturbation systems which use small guide RNAs to target the CRISPR complex to a specific genomic sequence. The invention provides also kits comprising the materials for performing the methods of the invention.

  • Publication number: 20080128006
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the operating mode of a cleaner, in particular, a high-pressure cleaner, wherein a pump delivers cleaning fluid via a pressure line to a closable spray nozzle, a signal transducer which provides control signals as a function of the pressure in the pressure line being coupled with the pressure line. To further develop the method so that the cleaner can be reliably controlled in a constructionally simple manner from the spray nozzle, it is proposed, in accordance with the invention, that a first control signal be provided by the signal transducer by closing the spray nozzle, and a second control signal be provided by the signal transducer by subsequently opening the spray nozzle again, and that the operating mode of the cleaner be controlled as a function of the duration of the time interval between the two control signals. A cleaner, in particular, a high-pressure cleaner, for performing the method is also proposed.
