  • Patent number: 11988251
Abstract: An elastic bearing has an inner body, an outer body and an elastic layer. The outer body surrounds the inner body such that the outer body and the inner body have a common longitudinal axis, which forms the bearing longitudinal axis as a first spatial axis of a 3D coordinate system. The elastic layer is positioned between the outer body and the inner body. In the direction of a second spatial axis, a distance between the outer body and the inner body is minimal, and free from the elastic layer. In the direction of a third spatial axis, the distance between the outer body and the inner body is always the same, and the elastic layer is arranged therein in order to fill that spacing gap.

  • Publication number: 20240001973
Abstract: An assembly transmits longitudinal forces in a rail vehicle. The assembly contains a first and second hydraulic axle link bearing, a wheel set, and a rotary frame. Each axle link bearing has a housing element and a first and second chamber filled with a fluid. In the event of a change in the position of the housing elements relative to each other, fluid is exchanged between connected chambers of the axle link bearings. The fluid exchange is produced by a change in the position of the housing elements relative to each other, and the change in position causes the transmission of longitudinal forces which are transmitted between the wheel set and the rotary frame via the axle link bearings. A first chamber of the first axle link bearing is connected to a first chamber of the second axle link bearing via a damping element in order to exchange fluid.

  • Publication number: 20230183522
Abstract: A moisture-curing, one-component polyurethane composition, containing at least one isocyanate group-containing polyether urethane polymer obtained by reacting at least one polyisocyanate with at least one polyether polyol; at least one isocyanurate-containing trimer of 1-isocyanato-3,3,5-trimethyl-5-isocyanatomethyl cyclohexane or 1,6-hexane diisocyanate in a quantity of between 1 and 4 percent by weight in the composition; at least one polyether with blocked hydroxyl groups, which is free of isocyanate groups, as a plasticiser, in a quantity of more than 5 percent by weight in the composition. Where moisture is excluded, the moisture-curing polyurethane composition has good storage stability, good processability and good thermal stability, and surprisingly good adhesive effect on highly scratch-resistant, hydrophobic automotive paints, and no pretreatment with adhesion promoters, primers or activators is needed. It is especially suitable for use as an elastic adhesive in the production of means of transport.

  • Publication number: 20230054558
Abstract: An assembly for increasing the load-bearing capacity of a structural component of a rail vehicle, in particular the tensile strength and the compressive strength. The structural component has a first connection point and a second connection point. A tensile force acting on the first connection point or a compressive force acting on the first connection point is transmitted to the second connection point. A first load path which is designed to transmit the compressive force is formed between the first connection point and the second connection point, and a second load path which is designed to transmit the tensile force is formed between the first connection point and the second connection point. The first load path and the second load path have different compressive strengths, thus achieving a division of the force transmission by the different compressive strengths.

  • Publication number: 20230029019
Abstract: A compensating coupling connects a first shaft to a second shaft along an axis of rotation. The compensating coupling has a first coupling body connected to an end of the first shaft and a second coupling body connected to an end of the second shaft. At least one elastic coupling element has a longitudinal axis lying in a plane that is oriented perpendicularly to the axis of rotation. The two coupling bodies are arranged with respect to one another to form a three-dimensional coupling region in which the elastic coupling element is arranged. The elastic coupling element is connected to the two coupling bodies such that the two coupling bodies are displaceable in the radial direction with respect to the axis of rotation. The elastic coupling element is displaceable in the axial direction with respect to the axis of rotation.

Abstract: An assembly for positioning a wheel of a rail vehicle. The wheel is supported on a wheel shaft and there is provided a swing arm and a frame of a bogie of the rail vehicle. The swing arm has a first end that is connected to the frame of the bogie in a rotationally mounted manner. The swing arm has a second end that is connected to the wheel shaft. The swing arm has a fixed, but detachable, connection between the first end and the second end which allows for the swing arm to be mechanically divided into two.

  • Publication number: 20220307558
Abstract: An assembly for connecting two drive sides of a drive train of a rail vehicle includes a first drive side having a disc-shaped first coupling body at one end, a second drive side having a disc-shaped second coupling body at one end and a disc-shaped intermediate body disposed between the first coupling body and the second coupling body. The intermediate body is coupled to both the first coupling body and the second coupling body in such a way that a rotational movement of one of the two drive sides is transmitted to the other drive side through the coupled body.
