    Abstract: A method for styling hair fibers, a kit and uses are provided. A method for styling hair fibers, preferably human hair fibers, comprises the following steps: providing a hair styling composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable carrier, a film-forming polymer; applying the hair styling composition to the hair fibers; heating the hair fibers comprising the hair styling composition at a temperature from 80 C to 230 C; setting the hair fibers in a hair style without subsequent rinsing; and cooling to room temperature.
