    Abstract: A cross-linked non-demineralized collagenous biomaterial and a method for making and using the same to regenerate tissue are described. The collagenous biomaterial is produced by sourcing a raw material of bone powder and tendon which were not subjected to treatment that would demineralize them, extracting the raw material to form a collagenous biomaterial, and irradiating the collagenous biomaterial with gamma radiation. The collagenous biomaterial is administered to a treatment site by an administration apparatus.
