  • Patent number: 10082135
Abstract: A method for producing at least one deformable membrane micropump including a first substrate and a second substrate assembled together, the first substrate including at least one cavity and the second substrate including at least one deformable membrane arranged facing the cavity. In the method: the cavity is produced in the first substrate; then the first and second substrates are assembled together; then the deformable membrane is produced in the second substrate.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 12, 2010
Date of Patent: September 25, 2018
Assignee: Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives
Inventors: Yves Fouillet, Francois Baleras, Martine Cochet, Sandrine Maubert

  • Publication number: 20090267167
Abstract: A fluid component includes at least one substrate of a material that can be etched and an etch stop layer for said material means for detecting the properties of a fluid and/or for activating said fluid and provided on a first side of said etch stop layer and means for receiving said fluid, formed in the substrate and provided on the second side of the etch stop layer.

  • Publication number: 20070276193
Abstract: The invention relates to an in vivo diagnostic or therapy micro-device comprising a substantially longitudinal body provided with preferably parallel faces comprising, in the direction of its length, at least one main canal (24), one input (18) of which is located at a first end (14) of the body.

  • Publication number: 20060060931
Abstract: The invention concerns a standard micro-component (4) for calibrating or standardizing fluorescence measuring instruments, comprising a substrate (1) whereon is arranged at least one thin film (2). The thin film (2) includes fluorescent components. At least one first zone (3) of null thickness is formed in the thin film (2), thereby exposing the substrate (1). The thin film (2) comprises at least one exposed zone (2a), such that first and second fluorescence levels are respectively defined in the non exposed part and in the exposed part (2a) of the thin film (2). The second fluorescence level is lower than the first fluorescence level. The standard micro-component (4) can also include a plurality of stacked thin films so as to define a plurality of fluorescence levels.
