  • Publication number: 20110277520
Abstract: An electronic device for a mechanical blocking and power mechanisms on its basis, intended for use in electronic locks, hydraulic/pneumatic automation, electronically controlled valve(tap), electronically controlled power electrical switches and commutators, electro-mechanical clutches and couplings, etc. The devices based on invention are compact, have a simple design and are rather reliable in conditions of shocks and vibrations. Low electric power consumption and corresponding long battery life have been obtained at the prototypes of these devices. It will be effectively used in the systems of autonomous access control.

  • Publication number: 20110272237
Abstract: Controllable electromechanical clutch primarily for automated devices of various applications like blocking or interlocking mechanisms, electronic locks, robotics, automotive devices, comprising concentrically arranged outer and inner bodies, interacting through the coupling joint with coupling elements associated with one of the bodies which can block rotation of another clutch body, an electrical actuator and a control element associated with this actuator which has two stable positions wherein low energy electrical impulse applied to an actuator can be used to change the position of the mentioned control element, so that the coupling elements change its trajectory and result in engagement or disengagement of the clutch.

  • Patent number: 7536556
Abstract: The invention relates to computers, more particularly to a method and apparatus for entering a password to gain access to computer databases. The object of the invention is to provide efficient protection of the user's password from reproduction by an unauthorized person, to substantially increase the number of possible combinations and to create passwords that are maximum easy for the users to memorize. An embodiment of the invention comprises entering parameters of a password entry dynamic image to a computer; displaying to the user the dynamic image with the selected parameters; pointing at least one predetermined object of the dynamic image that has taken a user-predetermined position in space and/or state in time.

  • Patent number: 6756930
Abstract: A signal transmitting means, in particular relates to a self-contained apparatuses for transmitting digital signals and remote control systems on their basis. Said apparatuses enables the creation of self-contained digital signal transmitters with efficient circuit of supplying power from charge generators, such as piezoelectric cells, triboelectric cells or radioactive sources of charged particles, which do not need periodical replacement or recharging in contrast to traditional power sources, batteries, this in turn enabling the creation of remote control systems for electric apparatuses, data acquisition systems and warning systems with the possibility of long-term integration of remote control signal transmitters in unmanned constructions and structures. In particular, a remote control system for lighting fixtures may be designed in which wall-board switches are in the form of self-contained on/off signal transmitters for respective lighting units.

  • Patent number: 6684994
Abstract: An electrostatic unit for location of members of mechanical devices includes a housing of the electrostatic location unit, a locating member arranged in the housing and movable from one position to another, an electrostatic location apparatus for location of the locating member in one of the positions, placed in the housing and including two electrically conductive members and a layer of a dielectric therebetween, conformal surfaces of the electrically conductive members and the dielectric for electrostatic interaction and location of one relative to the other when they are in close proximity to each other and an electric charge is applied to the electrically conductive members. At least one of the members of the electrostatic location apparatus includes a layer of an elastic material on a conformal surface.

  • Patent number: 6407483
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and apparatus that provide autonomous power supply by converting energy of sources of a non-electrical nature into the electric energy using charge generators. For such apparatuses, as charge generators can be used piezoelectric elements, triboelectric elements, as well as radioactive sources of charged particles that do not require periodic replacement of re-charging—in contradistinction to the convention sources of power supply, galvanic batteries. Charge generator (1), when activated, produces a portion of electric charges q having a high electric potential Uin, which portion is applied to the input of charge energy converter (2). The function of the converter (2) is to increase the initial value of charges q up to value of Q, with simultaneous reduction of their potential to Uout value, which less than Uin.

  • Patent number: 5839306
Abstract: The invention provides an electronic lock, in which body (14) there is mounted a bar (1), a bar shifting mechanism including riegel (2), a control lever (3) and a blocking mechanism. The latter is made in form of an electromechanical catch which moving plate (11) is coupled to a limiter (8) blocking the bar shifting mechanism. In the present aspect of the electronic lock a power consumption is reduced significantly.
