    Abstract: A system for heating and cooling an internal combustion engine having an air/duct system, a radiator and a liquid coolant and refrigerant. The system includes a device for diverting tempered air from the air/duct system into a conduit for transport to a device which pulls the tempered air from the conduit and delivers it into the fins of the radiator for heating or cooling the engine.
