Abstract: An airline tray sleeve includes a main body having a top surface, a bottom surface and a side surface that define an interior space. An opening having a retention device is positioned along a back end of the main body. One or more pockets are suspended from the main body, and the sleeve is constructed from a lightweight malleable material that transforms into a refuse bag after use.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a polymer composition which is comprised of subcompositions which are separately stable within the polymer composition and methods of making the polymer compositions. These polymer compositions may be useful as coatings for paper, food packaging, vinyl, plastics, man-made substrates, wood and metal. An advantage of these polymer composition is that they are aqueous non-fluorocarbon polymers, which are less pollutive than state of the art polymer coatings.

Abstract: A radio frequency identification (RFID) reader may include a body including a proximal end region, an RF transceiver antenna mounted to the body at the proximal end region, and an RF shield mounted to the body and extending beyond the proximal end region. The RF shield defines an interior space between the body and an open end of the RF shield, and surrounds the antenna. Alternatively, or additionally, a holder of sample containers may provide an RF shield. The reader may be moved into position over a sample container to enable communication between the antenna and an RFID tag associated with the sample container. The RF shield provides isolation from neighboring sample containers.

Abstract: A fuel filler assembly includes a filler tube including a tube inlet having a larger diameter than a tube outlet and a transition portion disposed between the tube inlet and the tube outlet. An insert is received by the tube inlet and includes an insert inlet and an insert outlet. The insert outlet is received by the tube inlet and includes a nozzle opening axially offset from a central axis of at least one of the tube inlet, the insert inlet, and the insert outlet. The nozzle opening positions a nozzle received by the nozzle opening to direct supplied fuel toward the transition portion of the filler tube.

Abstract: A material-handler adapted for locating on top of an open topped railroad car includes a chassis mounted on tracks, and a first and second pair of outriggers extending from the chassis. Wheels and clamps are located at the distal ends of the outriggers to stabilize the material handler on the top of the railroad car. A knuckle boom is rotatably mounted on the chassis for manipulating cargo materials. The material handler of the invention also utilizes the clamps and wheels on the outriggers in conjunction with the boom to self-load and self-unload the material handler to and from the top of a railroad car, and to and from one care to another with possible different height and width. Operator safety is enhanced by allowing the operator to control the self-loading and unloading via remote control.

Abstract: A method of forming a filler tube includes forming a funnel insert, forming a funnel portion in a first end of a filler tube, and joining the funnel insert and the funnel portion of the filler tube. The funnel portion includes a transition portion configured to induce a swirl to passing fuel for venting vapors from the gas tank during fuel filling. A fuel filler tube assembly includes the funnel portion including a tubular body defining a larger inlet and a smaller outlet, the position of the inlet relative the outlet and an internal configuration of the tubular body therebetween inducing a swirl to inventing vapors from fuel flowing through the tubular body. The larger inlet receives a funnel insert including a nozzle opening positioned to cooperate with the internal configuration of the tubular body.
