Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura, comprising the administration of ubrogepant. In particular, the present disclosure provides methods for the acute treatment of migraine in patients having hepatic impairment; in patients with renal impairment; and in patients concurrently taking CYP3A4 modulators or BCRP and/or P-gp only inhibitors.

Abstract: An ultrasonic instrument includes a body, an actuation assembly, a shaft assembly, and an end effector. The actuation assembly includes an activation member that is operable to move in a first direction to select a mode of operation. The shaft assembly extends distally from the body and includes an acoustic waveguide. The end effector includes an ultrasonic blade that is in acoustic communication with the acoustic waveguide. The activation member is operable to move in a second direction to activate the end effector in a mode of operation selected by movement of the activation member in the first direction.

Abstract: An input/output interface apparatus that allows a computer system to have less ports and greater safety with the connection of peripheral devices to the ports is disclosed. The input/output interface apparatus enables the computer system to supply multiple bus standards to a single flexible port of the computer system. The input/output interface apparatus permits safe connection of a peripheral device to a port of the computer system when the computer system is powered-on (so called hot-plugging or hot-docking).

Abstract: An apparatus and method for protecting the state of a state machine from an unstable clock signal. The apparatus of one embodiment includes a state register having an input and a first output which provides an output signal corresponding to the state of the state machine and a set or reset input coupled, through a logic circuit, to the first output. The logic circuit is coupled to receive a signal indicating the unstable state of the clock signal. The logic circuit is coupled to receive a signal indicating the unstable state of the clock signal. The logic circuit feeds back the output from the first output to the set or reset input to maintain the state in the state register while the clock signal is unstable. An embodiment of the method comprises storing a state in a state register, receiving a first signal indicating an unstable state of the clock signal and feeding back the output from the state register to the set or reset input while the first signal indicates the unstable clock exits.

Abstract: A combination light, radio and clock which is designed for operation on two types of batteries, one of which is supplied by conventional alternating current. The device includes a cabinet or housing designed for mounting on a wall or resting on a flat surface, with an incandescent light, a radio and a clock mounted therein. The light, clock and radio may be utilized during normal operating periods by conventional alternating current which is converted to direct current by a transformer and during emergencies by a rechargeable battery, as well as one or more replaceable, rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries.
