The kit may further include an attachment member that attaches to the top of the window shutter. The top of the shutter cover and the attachment member can connect to each other. The kit may further comprise a securing member for securing the bottom of the shutter cover to the window shutter. The shutter cover may include a graphic display thereon, such as decorative or artistic representations. Additional interchangeable shutter covers may also be provided with the same or different graphic displays depicted thereon.
