    Abstract: Various embodiments describe methods of predicting an amount of a target osteoactivity marker. The methods include measuring an initial concentration of the target osteoactivity marker at a time t0; measuring an initial concentration of at least one additional osteoactivity marker at the time t0; and calculating a second concentration of the target osteoactivity marker at a time t1 based on the initial concentration of the target osteoactivity marker at the time t0 and the initial concentration of the at least one additional osteoactivity marker at the time t0.
