Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, kits, systems, algorithms and improvements for detecting the presence of or determining an amount, quantity, concentration and/or level of an antibody against at least one type of ?-coronavirus, such as, for example, an antibody against SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2, in one or more samples obtained from a subject. In some aspects, the methods, kits and systems relate to detecting the presence of or determining an amount, quantity, concentration and/or level of at least one type of anti-?-coronavirus antibody, such as an IgG and/or IgM antibody, in one or more samples obtained from a subject.

A common multiple card hand is provided for player to form optimum hands with their card representations. The maximum number of player hands in a single distinct set, with each hand having mutually distinct cards therein, is determined by the number of cards in each hand and the number of distinct cards in the deck. The game may be played by a large group in lieu of conventional raffle ticket drawings, and provides for elimination of identical cards between each player hand and the common hand. At least one winning hand occurs with every game, as winning is comparative between players rather than absolute as in conventional raffle play.
