Abstract: A computer-implemented method for facilitating an emergency relief donation includes receiving, by a financial institution computer system, a donation pledge from a donor to send funds to a donee from a payment account of the donor, wherein the donation pledge includes payment account information, receiving, by the financial institution computer system, a request for the funds from the donee via a banking device provided by the financial institution computer system, wherein the request includes donee identification information, verifying, by the financial institution computer system, the identity of the donee based on the donee identification information, and transferring, by the financial institution computer system, the funds from the payment account of the donor to the donee via the banking device and based on the payment account information.
