Abstract: The present invention is a medical sectional undergarment that includes a base panty garment that includes a first side end, a second side end and a crotch coverage end, a first hook and loop fastener to allow a user or a caregiver to put on and takeoff the base panty garment and a second hook and loop fastener that releasably secures the crotch coverage end to the secured first side end and second side end. The present invention can also be a boxer type of undergarment that includes a first side end, a second side end and a crotch coverage end, a plurality of releasable attachment snaps to allow a user or a caregiver to put on and takeoff the panty garment and a hook and loop fastener that releasably secures the crotch coverage end to the secured first side end and second side end.
