  • Patent number: 5813755
Abstract: A flat, thin, somewhat flexible elongated member has a longitudinally extending centrally disposed axis of symmetry and upper and lower opposite ends. The lower end is flat, relatively long and disposed at right angles to the axis of symmetry and defines a horizontal extension disposed in a horizontal plane at right angles to the axis of symmetry. The upper end is relatively short and extends longitudinally from a common position on the member which is located between the upper and lower ends. The member has opposite sides of like convex curvature which extend outwardly and downwardly from opposite ends of each horizontal extension to the common position.

  • Patent number: 5813756
Abstract: A whisk employs first and second members having the same shape and size. Each member is a flat, thin, somewhat flexible elongated element having a longitudinally extending centrally disposed axis of symmetry. The elements are connected together with coincident axes of symmetry. Each element has upper and lower opposite ends. The lower end of each element is flat, relatively long and disposed at right angles to the axes of symmetry to define a horizontal extension. The extensions of both elements intersect in a common horizontal plane disposed at right angles to the axes of symmetry. The upper ends are relatively short and extend longitudinally from a common position on each member which is located between its upper and lower ends. Each element has opposite sides of like convex curvature which extend outwardly and downwardly from opposite ends of each horizontal extension to said common position.

  • Patent number: 5538157
Abstract: A flat horizontal disc has a pin hole therein and a peripheral socket. A vertical hollow spout extends above the disc and is integral therewith. The spout has rectangularly shaped open upper and lower ends and tapers downwardly and and outwardly toward the disc. The open lower end is coincident with an opening in the disc which communicates with the socket. A longitudinal portion of the spout is provided with a recess which extends downwardly from the top of the spout to a step disposed above the disc. The step has an upper horizontal surface and extends generally vertically downward to the disc. The spout has a horizontal opening in the peripheral interior of the spout. The opening is spaced vertically downward below the horizontal surface and extends between the horizontal surface and the peripheral interior.

The spout has rectangularly shaped open upper and lower ends and tapers downwardly and outwardly toward the disc. The open lower end is coincident with an opening in the disc which communicates with the socket. The spout as viewed in a horizontal plane has two opposite longitudinal sides, one side having a recess which extends downwardly from the top of the spout to a step disposed above the disc. The step has an upper horizontal surface and extends generally vertically downward to the disc. A flat horizontal member having at least one opening therein is disposed within the peripheral interior of the spout. The member is spaced vertically downward below the horizontal surface and extends between the horizontal surface and the peripheral interior.

  • Patent number: 5492253
Abstract: A cap utilizes a flat disc having a peripheral socket adapted to receive the open end of the neck of a small necked plastic bottle. The disc has a first narrow rectangularly elongated slot centered therein. A vertical hollow spout is integral with the disc. The spout has open upper and lower ends and has an inner wall. The spout tapers downwardly and outwardly to the disc. The lower end of the spout has an opening the same size and shape as said first slot and is coincident therewith. The upper end of the spout has a second narrow rectangularly elongated slot centered on the first slot. A flat horizontal member is disposed in the spout between the upper and lower ends and is sealed peripherally to the inner wall. The member has a third narrow rectangularly elongated slot centered on the first slot, the third slot being much narrower than either one of the first and second slots.

  • Patent number: 5458094
Abstract: An outer flexible garment is adapted to be easily and quickly fitted onto or removed from a grey-hound. The garment employs first and second garment members adapted to be detachably connected to each other when fitted together around a grey-hound and when so fitted engaging and being wrapped around a lower portion of its neck, its front quarters, and the remaining portions of its entire body other than the tail and rear legs. The first and second members are mirror images of each other.

  • Patent number: 5433338
Abstract: A cap having a flat horizontal disc having first and second openings disposed in spaced apart positions therein. The first opening is a pin hole. The second opening is rectangularly shaped and has a direction of elongation. The disc has a peripheral socket adapted to engage the periphery of the upper end of the container in such manner that liquid cannot flow out therebetween. A hollow vertical hollow spout extends upwardly from the disc with a horizontal open lower end of rectangular shape extending in said direction and coincident with said second opening. A horizontal upper open end of of the spout has a rectangular shape extending in the direction. The lower and upper ends are essentially equal in area. An inner wall of the spout extends between and isconnected to the open upper and lower ends. A flat horizontal member is disposed in and is peripherally sealed to the inner wall in a position intermediate the upper and lower ends.

  • Patent number: 5366109
Abstract: A cap for detachably enclosing an upper open end of a hollow vertical disposable container with liquid therein employs a flat horizontal disc having first and second openings disposed in spaced apart positions therein. The first opening is a pin hole. The second opening is relatively large. The disc has a peripheral socket adapted to engage the periphery of the upper end of the container in such manner that liquid cannot flow out therebetween. A hollow vertical hollow spout tapers upwardly and outwardly from the disc and has an open lower end coincident with the second opening. The spout has an upper open end defining a first slot therein, the upper end being smaller in area than the lower end. A hollow member is disposed within the spout with an upper open end coincident with the upper end of the spout, the member extending downwardly and inwardly from the upper end of the spout to a lower end horizontally aligned with the lower end of the spout.
