    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightweight, cost-effective and foldable screen shield for use with a portable electronic device. The shield has a back portion that is secured to the back of the screen, a top portion that lies horizontally above the screen to protect the screen from light and a pair of side panels covering the screen from side edges. The side panels and the top portion are collapsible, and can be secured with a pair of elastic straps or other fastener. The elastic straps are used for securing the shield device to the bezel or frame in an unfolded orientation, thereby allowing a secure attachment. The top section can be expanded and two side panels are pulled outward from the longitudinal edges. The top section and side panels form a three-sided barrier around the screen to block glare.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a strap system for hanging a garden hose nozzle from an elevated position . The strap system is configured to be mounted on the nozzle without affecting the nozzle operation. More specifically, the strap system has a vertical hanging strap with a closed loop, a front barrel strap, and a handle strap. The front barrel strap secures around the front shower head of the nozzle and the handle strap secures around grip of the nozzle. The vertical hanging strap may be slid onto a hook or other surface to support the nozzle in a hands-free elevated position allowing people to use the hanging nozzle as a standing shower or other elevated watering application.

The fastener. such as a tack. has a geometrically-shaped or ornamental head, a plurality of prongs extending from the edges or periphery of the head, and one center prong extending from the center of the rear surface of the head. The multiple prongs secure the fastener in position safely while eliminating rotation of the tack along the central axis when applied to the item. The four prongs are preferably triangular, and the center prong is preferably square.

    Abstract: A window system for installing windows which enables easy cleaning and substantially eliminates the need for window frames. The window system comprises at least one pane of glass having each of a predetermined width, height and thickness for at least partially covering an opening formed in a wall of a structure. There are at least two hinges disposed along the predetermined height of the pane of glass on a predetermined side thereof. The first one of the at least two hinges being secured to the predetermined side adjacent one end thereof and a second one of the at least two hinges being secured to the predetermined side adjacent a radially opposed end thereof. There is at least one magnet secured to the pane of glass or to such opening formed in such building and at least one metallic member disposed on an opposite one of the pane of glass and such opening formed in such building for maintaining the pane of glass in a closed position.
