Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cannabis plant residue and its use as a prebiotic. The present disclosure also relates to a prebiotic composition comprising a cannabis plant residue and hempseed hull, and its use as a prebiotic. The present disclosure further relates to methods of providing a prebiotic comprising administering a cannabis plant residue of the present disclosure.

Abstract: A heavy simulated sports action object such as a ball is formed from a hollow shell having cut stone applied at spaced locations on its outer surface with the cut stone having an exposed pattern such as a logo on its outer surface to create a first partial layer. The remainder of the first partial layer is completed by a filler material which may also have at least one decal and simulated seams applied to its outer surface. The hollow shell is filled with a heavy material. A transparent overcoat encapsulates the first layer and is polished to give the ball its finished appearance.

Abstract: A gripping device for use with a hand of a user. The gripping device includes a body portion having a hollow interior portion adapted to be secured to a shaft. The gripping device also includes a thumb receiving member and a fingers receiving member connected to the body portion, the fingers receiving member generally opposite the thumb receiving member. The thumb receiving member and fingers receiving member allow the user to secure a hand to the shaft. The shaft is located on a golf club in one embodiment.

Abstract: A multiparticulate bisoprolol formulation for once-daily oral administration, each particle of which comprises a core of bisoprolol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof surrounded by a polymeric coating, the polymeric coating being effective to achieve an initial lag of bisoprolol release in vivo of at least 4-6 hours following administration and thereafter maintaining therapeutic concentrations of bisoprolol for the remainder of the twenty-four hour period. The formulation can be used for night-time dosing so as to minimise the likelihood of acute cardiovascular occurrences in the well-documented high risk period in the morning.
