Abstract: A method and system for analyzing work in a workplace is provided. The method includes providing a worker database; providing a task database for a plurality of tasks, which includes providing one or more task configurations for each of task and including configuration attributes for the task configurations; matching worker attributes with the task configuration attributes; evaluating the match of the worker attributes with the task configuration attributes; and updating the worker database and the task database upon satisfactory matching of worker attributes with the task configuration attributes. The system includes a worker database, wherein the worker database includes one or more worker attributes; a task database for a plurality of tasks; a user interface for accessing the worker database and the task database for entering worker and task information; and an evaluation module that evaluates a match of worker attributes with the task configuration.
