Abstract: A device receives a request for information regarding a debt resolution plan available for a delinquent account. The request includes a first input indicating a payment amount, a second input indicating a payment frequency, and a third input indicating a payment start date. The device obtains account data associated with the delinquent account and determines, using a first model, a score for the delinquent account based on the first input, the second input, the third input, and the account data. The device determines, using a second model, a plurality of debt resolution plan parameters for at least a first and a second debt resolution plan. The device transmits the plurality of debt resolution plan parameters associated with the first and second debt resolution plans, receives an enrollment request, enrolls the delinquent account in a selected debt resolution plan, and causes an action to be performed based on the enrolling.

Abstract: A baseball-training device disclosed here is configured for training a baseball player. The baseball-training device includes an elongate rod, a bearing assembly, a rope member, and a ball. The elongate rod is configured to be held by a first player, and the bearing assembly is fixedly attached at a distal end of the elongate rod. The rope member is attached to a projected ring on the circumference of the bearing assembly, and a ball is fastened to a distal end of the rope member. The first player rotates the elongate rod in a predefined direction to allow the ball to swing in a generally circular manner with respect to the axis of the elongate rod, where a second player is required to aim and strike the ball using a baseball bat.

Abstract: A walker for elderly, handicapped or convalescing people which includes a frame with a top rail member positioned above a user's center of gravity and a harness located inside the frame and suspended from the top rail member to provide stability and resist tipping, enable hands free movement of the walker, and allow sitting in the walker. The walker further includes a plurality of substantially vertical frame members extending downward and outward to form a circumference around the user which is larger than a circumference formed by the top rail member. The harness includes a waist belt, a seat strap, and thigh straps such that the harness may be positioned and secured on the user. The walker may be provided with wheels for mobility or adjustable footpads for stable use with a treadmill. The walker may also be provided with lock-open hinges on selected frame members to permit collapsing the walker to a smaller size for easier transportation or storage.
