    Abstract: Disclosed is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that automatically manages work tickets. The IVR system receives a work ticket (e.g., a dig ticket) from a Call Center. The work ticket corresponds to work to be performed by a contractor. The IVR system transmits a notification of the work ticket to a technician. The IVR system then receives a response to the notification from the technician. The IVR system then transmits the response to the contractor and/or Call Center.
