The electromagnetic actuator 29 includes an electromagnetic solenoid 25, and a plunger 27 axially movable in response to magnetic force of the electromagnetic solenoid 25 for axially moving the clutch ring 63. The electromagnetic solenoid 25 is disposed on the diff case 19 so as not to relatively move in an axial direction, and the diff case 19 forms a part of a magnetic flux path of the electromagnetic solenoid 25.
