  • Patent number: 7807985
Abstract: The central axis of a source head and an extraction electrode is aligned on a line, and confirmed by a laser beam whether the line is coaxial with the ion beam axis. Thus, a light emitting unit that emits the laser beam on the ion beam axis is fitted to a housing instead of the source head, and a reflector that reflects the laser beam is fitted to the extraction electrode. A light emitting apparatus also has a function of detecting the laser beam to detect the laser beam that is reflected by the reflector, and sends the intensity of the detected laser beam to a control unit. The extraction electrode is positionally adjusted so that the intensity of the laser beam becomes maximum, whereby the ion beam axis can coincide with the central axes of the ion source and the extraction electrode.

  • Patent number: 7516947
Abstract: A hydraulic antivibration device capable of sufficiently reducing strange sounds is provided. The one in a first embodiment includes first ribs whose tops are spaced apart from lattice members and second ribs having tops abutting on the lattice members and a smaller rib width than the first ribs. When an elastic partition membrane impinges on the lattice members with vibration, the second ribs resist and the elastic partition membrane impinges moderately on the lattice members, so that strange sounds can be reduced. In a second embodiment, such first and second displacement-regulating protrusions are provided that are disposed asymmetrically relative to a phantom plane passing through a center of the elastic partition membrane in its thickness direction.

  • Patent number: 7092692
Abstract: A biasing circuit for a CMOS passive mixer core to stabilize its conversion gain, linearity and noise figure. The RF inputs are fed differentially from the two RF ports, the LO inputs are fed differentially from the two LO ports, and the IF outputs are obtained at the two IF ports. The biasing circuit comprises a reference current derived from the bandgap voltage and a n-channel MOSFET transistor. The conversion gain is stabilized by keeping the Vgs?Vth value of the passive mixer core almost constant at all process corners, temperature and power supply changes. This is achieved by implementing Vs in such a way that it will increase the same amount as VDD decreases, and that Vs will decrease the same amount as Vth increases.

  • Patent number: 6910683
Abstract: In an anti-vibration device having a partition member dividing a fluid-sealed chamber into upside and downside, aimed at enhancing the anti-vibration performance by preventing unwanted leak of the fluid through through-holes of the partition member. To that end, the partition member is constructed of an elastic membrane partitioning the fluid-sealed chamber, and a pair of grids limiting displacements of the elastic membrane; and the elastic membrane is provided at its either surface with projecting streaks integral therewith, the projecting streaks surrounding through-holes, defined by the grids, over their whole peripheries and abutting on the grids, thereby regulating the flow of fluid among adjacent through-holes.
