  • Publication number: 20160144905
Abstract: A duct structure provided on a side surface of a vehicle includes a first opening portion, a second opening portion, and a duct. The first opening portion is disposed forward of a vehicle rear tire in the vehicle front-rear direction, and open toward the front of the vehicle. The second opening portion is disposed rearward of the first opening portion and forward of the rear tire in the front-rear direction, and open toward the rear of the vehicle or open outward in the vehicle-width direction. The duct extends in the front-rear direction to connect the first opening portion and the second opening portion to each other. The duct includes a first slanted region. The first slanted region is an inner-side portion of the duct in the vehicle-width direction. The first slanted region extends inward in the vehicle-width direction from the second opening portion toward the front of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5764773
Abstract: In a head end (3), which sends a satellite broadcasting signal received through a BS antenna to a connected cable, scrambled video and audio signals are separated by a separation part (11) from a satellite broadcasting signal. An information signal for descrambling and relevant information packets, which are multiplexed upon the audio signal, are further separated from each other by a separation part (13). The information signal for descrambling is packeted by a packeting part (45). Thereafter, the information signal is decoded, and an error correction code corresponding to the information signal is read out from a ROM and is added thereto. Subsequently, the packeted information packets for conducting the descramble and the relevant information packets separated from each other by the separation part (13) are multiplexed upon a vertical blanking period of time in the video signal by a VBI multiplexing part (51).

  • Patent number: 5745482
Abstract: In a repeating device for sending chargeable satellite broadcasting received through a BS antenna to a connected cable, a scrambled video signal and an audio signal are separated from each other by a separation part from a satellite broadcast signal. Relevant information packets multiplexed upon the audio signal are separated from each other by a separating part, and common information packets of the relevant information packets are separated from each other by another separation part. Common information packets which are successively sent five times are judged in majority by a majority judgement part. Packets having errors corrected by an error correction part are temporarily stored in a buffer memory. The stored packets are read out three times by a thrice successive sending part wherein the stored packets are successively sent fewer times than the number of times the packets are sent from from an atmospheric transmission system.

  • Patent number: 4983054
Abstract: A thermal printer is comprised of a buffer RAM for storing print data, a thermal head, and a CPU for controlling the feed of current to the thermal head. The thermal head includes a number of heating resistor elements. When current is fed to the heating resistor elements during a print period, the heating resistor elements of the thermal head are heated to color a thermosensible paper. The CPU controls a current feed period of the thermal head during the present print period in accordance with both the present print data stored in a buffer RAM and the print data in a previous print period preceding to the present print period.

  • Patent number: 4837562
Abstract: A special slanted line pattern is detected using pattern data of eight picture elements S0-S3, S5-S8 which surround a current display picture element S4. A half-picture element pattern provided on the current display picture element S4 and having a specified positional relationship to the detected pattern is added to this detected pattern, is deleted from the detected pattern, or is added to the detected pattern and given the same color as the detected pattern.
