  • Patent number: 6791233
Abstract: A flexible area 2 is joined at one end via a thermal insulation area 7 to a semiconductor substrate 3 which becomes a frame and at an opposite end to a moving element 5. The thermal insulation area 7 is made of a thermal insulation material a resin such as polyimide or a fluoridated resin. The flexible area 2 is made up of a thin portion 2S and a thin film 2M different in thermal expansion coefficient. When a diffused resistor 6 formed on the surface of the thin portion 2S is heated, the flexible area 2 is displaced because of the thermal expansion difference between the thin portion 2S and the thin film 2M, and the moving element 5 is displayed with respect to the semiconductor substrate 3.

  • Publication number: 20040167001
Abstract: An apparatus for automatically changing a tool tip member for a robot includes a tip member changing jig disposed in an operational area of the robot. The tip member changing jig includes a base member, a rotating member supported by the base member so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis, and tip member holding means disposed at positions that are offset from the rotation axis of the rotating member. The tip member holding means holds the tool tip member so that a central axis of relative rotation, for threadedly mounting or demounting the tool tip member on or from the tool body, extends substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the rotating member and so that rotation of the tool tip member, with respect to the rotating member, is locked.

  • Patent number: 6529854
Abstract: A coordinate position detecting method uses a plurality of light emitting elements and a plurality of light receiving elements located on mutually opposite sides, all the elements being arranged at a predetermined interval in horizontal and vertical directions, with each pair of mutually opposed light emitting element and light receiving element forming a light beam path, such that the coordinate position of a light blocking object can be detected once the light beam path is blocked. The method comprises: storing N previous coordinate datas obtained when detecting a movement of the light blocking ojecte, using n (1≦n≦N) coordinate datas of the N previous coordinate datas to calculate a coordinate position of the light blocking object; and changing the number of the coordinate datas for use in calculating the coordinate position, in accordance with a speed of the movment of the light blocking object.

  • Publication number: 20020080277
Abstract: A broadcast program recording apparatus and a recording method of a broadcast program, in which a broadcast program which a user watches periodically can be automatically recorded without performing a timer recording setting. Data of channel number, broadcast date, and broadcast time zone of the received broadcast program are additionally stored into a received program history memory in correspondence to each other. A channel number of a broadcast program having a broadcast date that is precedent to today's date by a predetermined number of days and a broadcast time zone that coincides with the present time is searched for from the received program history memory. A station selection control operation to control the receiving part is performed to receive a broadcast wave of the searched out channel number, to start the recording of the broadcast program received by the recording part.
