  • Publication number: 20240005791
Abstract: A driving assistance system includes a roadside server connected to a roadside sensor and a roadside device. The roadside server includes a sensor information processing unit, an assistance information generation unit, and a roadside device interface. Using information indicating a state in the detection range of the roadside sensor from the roadside sensor, the sensor information processing unit generates sensing information of a first dynamic object within the detection range. The assistance information generation unit generates driving assistance information by combining surrounding object information and the sensing information. The roadside device interface transmits the driving assistance information to the roadside device.

  • Publication number: 20230388867
Abstract: An application server delivers dynamic map information to a mobile object that receives the dynamic map information, the dynamic map information being information of a dynamic map that is used for execution of fully automated driving under a specific condition. When the mobile object executes a handover from a base station capable of transmitting the dynamic map information in a first area to a base station capable of transmitting the dynamic map information in a second area, in a case where the mobile object is in fallback operation in which simultaneous communication with the base stations is unavailable, the application server delivers the dynamic map information to the mobile object via the base station and a mobile object capable of receiving the dynamic map information from the base station.

  • Publication number: 20230386340
Abstract: A driving assistance device (100) includes an object existence range calculation unit (152) and a risk map generation unit (143). The object existence range calculation unit (152) calculates peripheral object distribution indicating an object existence range where there is a possibility for each object included in a peripheral object group constituted of at least one object existing around a target moving object to exist in an estimation time range, and an existence probability of each object included in the peripheral object group at each spot in the object existence range. The risk map generation unit (143) generates a potential risk map representing a potential risk indicating a risk of each object included in the peripheral object group based on the peripheral object distribution.

  • Publication number: 20230326340
Abstract: A virtual map generation unit (112) generates a virtual map of a subjected area by dividing the subjected area into role areas each of which corresponds to each of a plurality of roles, based on the number of vehicles scheduled to travel in the subjected area specified from work plan information on a transportation work of loads by a vehicle and based on the number of loads scheduled to be placed in the subjected area specified from the work plan information. A distribution unit (115) distributes to the vehicle traveling in the subjected area, the virtual map generated by the virtual map generation unit (112).

  • Publication number: 20230319579
Abstract: A communication resource allocation device (10) identifies a hazardous behavior that may cause a traffic accident and has occurred in each of monitoring target areas included in a communication area of a base station (20) in a past reference period, so as to determine a hazard level for each of the monitoring target areas. The communication resource allocation device (10) allocates communication resources to each of the monitoring target areas based on the determined hazard level. The communication resource allocation device (10) distributes information to a roadside device (30) and an in-vehicle device (40) in each of the monitoring target areas, using the allocated communication resources.

  • Publication number: 20230311941
Abstract: A server device includes a support information generation unit, a condition determination unit, and a resource calculation unit. The support information generation unit generates support information for each support-provided area using information from a communication terminal. The condition determination unit determines a support information generation condition being a condition concerning the support information to be generated by the support information generation unit, based on area situation information representing a situation thereof.

  • Publication number: 20230305559
Abstract: A communication management device (10) estimates communication quality between a control device (30) mounted on a moving object (70) and a driving assistance device (20) to provide a driving assistance service for the control device (30), at a scheduled time when the moving object (70) passes through a communication area, which includes a scheduled path where the moving object (70) passes. The communication management device (10) notifies the driving assistance device (20) when the communication quality is outside a range of quality being a standard. When it is notified, the driving assistance device (20) changes the driving assistance service to be provided for the control device (30).

  • Patent number: 11110893
Abstract: An authentication pattern generation unit, if a signal from a portable device is received, prompts a user who uses the portable device to perform a specific action. A checking unit determines whether or not the user has performed the specific action. If the checking unit determines that the user has performed the specific action, the checking unit authenticates that the portable device is an authorized device.
