In the contact, the first arm portion and the coupling portion are connected to each other with the first arcuate projection therebetween to assume a substantially V-shaped configuration. The coupling portion and the second arm portion are connected to each other with the second arcuate projection therebetween to assume a substantially V-shaped configuration. The first arcuate projection is disposed below the first arm portion and outside an extension of the first arm portion. The second arcuate projection is disposed above the second arm portion and outside an extension n of the second arm portion.
