  • Patent number: 5551785
Abstract: When an enlargement print key is pressed, a label producing apparatus enters a mode for setting the enlargement magnification used for enlargement printing. Next, a number key is operated to actually set the enlargement magnification. After the creation of print image data, respective data are taken from a table in which the respective data about widths of printing tapes, the number of printing tape segments based on width of tape and enlargement magnification, and "an enlargement start bit position," "an enlargement end bit position," "an enlargement work start bit position 1," "an enlargement work start bit position 2" and "the number of shifts for adjustment" with respect to each tape width which have been specified to thereby create one-dot string data. When it is desired, for example, to scale up and print data associated with a 12-mm tape width in 3.times. magnification, the enlargement print data is printed on the corresponding printing tape by being divided into three at 12-mm width intervals.

  • Patent number: 5535788
Abstract: According to one mode of the present invention, a wire harness holding device is disclosed. The wire harness holding device has an electric wire holding portion for holding a predetermined portion of a wire harness; an opening/closing member attached to the electric wire holding portion; and a drive unit for driving the opening/closing member to one of the positions at a predetermined timing. The opening/closing member is movable between the surrounding position where the opening/closing member locks up a wire harness in the electric wire holding portion, and the release position where the opening/closing member releases the wire harness from the electric wire holding portion. Unless the drive unit is operated, the opening/closing member is maintained at the release position or the surrounding position.

  • Patent number: 5278864
Abstract: A spread spectrum communication device according to the present invention includes a transmitter and a receiver, and suppresses demodulation errors to a minimum value, even if there exit a plurality of narrow band disturbing signals. In the transmitter, a first PN (pseudo noise) code from a fist PN code generator and a second PN code having a delayed phase coming from a shift register are inputted to a multiplexer and switched according to an exclusive logic sum of data and a disturbing signal. The multiplexer output is modulated by a modulator so that it can be transmitted. In the receiver, a correlation output from a correlator is detected by a detector and a detection output thereof is digitalized by a voltage comparator. A correlation pulse thus obtained is applied to two AND gates. Two time window pulses are each applied to two multiplexers nd are switched by a control signal, the outputs of the multiplexers being respectively applied to these AND gates.
