    Abstract: A method for recovering urokinase which comprises bringing a urokinase-containing solution into contact with at least one compound selected from a group consisting of cyanoalkyl polysaccharide, cyanoalkyl modified-polysaccharide and cyanoalkyl polyvinyl alcohol to subject urokinase to adsorption and then eluting the urokinase from the adsorbate.
