  • Patent number: 6042363
Abstract: This invention provides a die for injection molding in which a molded product is supported by a core for a certain time in a cavity block even after an opening operation of the die is started, and the molded product is taken out of the die after the molded product is solidified so that no molded product is deformed at a mold-releasing time and a stable molded product can be obtained with high productivity. A projecting mechanism has a separating delay device for pressing the molded product by the core and supporting the molded product in the cavity block until a movable side die is separated by a predetermined distance from a fixed side die. The separating delay device releases the supporting of the molded product after the movable side die is separated by the predetermined distance from the fixed side die.

  • Patent number: 5653693
Abstract: This invention relates to a preparation comprising a transparent syringe body or container, which has been obtained by molding a resin comprising, as a base material, a propylene polymer, and as a nucleating agent, a phosphoric ester represented by the following general formula (1): ##STR1## and a drug solution charged into the syringe body or container. The preparation is excellent in transparency, free from the dissolution of additives for the resin into the drug solution charged therein even when the drug solution remains charged for a long period of time and hence high in safety. The preparation is useful, in particular, as a syringe preparation charged with a drug solution therein.

  • Patent number: 5382092
Abstract: A mixing apparatus includes a bottom ribbon blade adapted for viscous fluid contents. The mixing apparatus includes a vertically positioned mixing vessel including a cylindrical wall and a bottom wall disposed on a lower portion of the cylindrical wall wherein the bottom wall is of a semi-ellipsoid shape, dished shape, or circular cone shape with an obtuse apex angle and each of the convex surfaces of which is oriented downwardly. An impeller shaft is vertically and coaxially aligned within the mixing vessel and a helical ribbon blade is disposed within the mixing vessel in such a manner as to be rotated by a driving mechanism via the impeller shaft.
