  • Patent number: 7659114
Abstract: An attenuated feline recombinant herpesvirus 1 (FHV-1), which is prepared by identifying gene regions in the genome wherein inserted foreign genes can be expressed without affecting the replication of FHV-1 and has least two types of foreign nucleic acid sequences inserted thereinto, usable as a vector virus or a vaccine. In this attenuated recombinant FHV-1, at least two types of foreign genes are inserted in such a manner as allowing the expression into two different gene regions exerting no lethal effect on the proliferation of the virus in the feline herpesvirus 1 genome.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 10, 2007
Date of Patent: February 9, 2010
    Assignee: Kyoritsu Seiyaku Corporation

  • Publication number: 20030164932
Abstract: A method of determining an exposure value for exposing a resist film, comprises the steps of: estimating a size variation of a resist pattern from a predetermined target size based on a waiting time of a currently processing resist film to be patterned in subsequent sequential exposure and development processes; and compensating a reference exposure value based on said size variation to obtain a compensated exposure value.

  • Patent number: 4998033
Abstract: A spindle motor comprising a stator including a support shaft positioned on a base, a cap-shaped rotor rotatably and concentrically disposed around the support shaft, thrust and radial bearings disposed between the stator and the rotor, a stator coil secured to the stator, and a rotor magnet member secured to the rotor opposing the stator coil. The thrust and radial bearings are hydrodynamic bearings. A movable piece that constitutes a part of the thrust bearing is secured to the lower end of a cylindrical portion of the rotor and extended outwardly or inwardly from the cylindrical portion, or is disposed above the rotor. The stator coil is secured to the outer peripheral portion of the support shaft above or below the radial bearing. The rotor magnet member is securd to the inner peripheral surface or inner top surface of the rotor. Either a radial or axial gap is provided between the stator coil and the rotor magnet member.
