  • Patent number: 5471261
Abstract: An apparatus for obtaining images of cornea endothelium including an illumination system for illuminating through a slit an eyeball surface of a subject eye, a magnification-imaging optical system for forming a magnified image of a subject part based on the slit illumination light, focusing-detection use receiving optics for receiving the cornea endothelium reflected light and cornea epithelium reflected light of the slit via at least an objective lens when a cornea endothelium image is formed on an imaging surface of the magnification-imaging optical system in a focused state and a mechanism for moving the apparatus body in a direction of the subject so that the apparatus body is brought to a cornea endothelium focused position.

  • Patent number: 4660954
Abstract: A system for focusing the subject which is beyond the close-up range limit of a camera lens including a distance detector detecting the distance between the lens and the subject, a focusing device for setting the lens at a focal point based upon the signal from the distance detector, an optical correction device for providing an auxiliary lens between the lens and correcting the light path of the light entering through the lens, and a distance remeasuring device for remeasuring the distance between the subject and the lens to shift the lens at the focal point.

    Inventors: Susumu Fujita, Masahiko Konagaya
  • Patent number: 4467364
Abstract: A device used, when a color printing block is produced from a color photographic film in accordance with color scanner technique, for compensating a difference in color density between photograph and print and arranged to measure accumulative density distribution of a color signal picked up from the photographic film, just before and after effecting tone control operation as monitoring an optimum tone-controlled color image, and, then, arithmetically process the measured data to obtain the amount of correction to be effected at each density, which is displayed on a cathode ray rube in a form of correction curve and/or printed on a paper in a form of table.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 24, 1982
Date of Patent: August 21, 1984
Assignee: Konan Camera Research Institute, Inc.
    Inventor: Masahiko Konagaya
  • Patent number: 4451855
Abstract: A relative density calculation system, principally and preferably used with a color scanner, for detecting a surrounding frame of a photographic transparency to be scanned to produce signal information for application to the color scanner to be utilized in density correction process to remove the density error caused by the presence of the surrounding frame, the frame detection being effected by scanning the transparency with an infrared-ray beam which can pass the deepest colored portion of the transparency but not the surrounding frame material.
