  • Publication number: 20210000154
Abstract: Dietary fiber is known to have the effect of inhibiting the absorption of calcium from the intestinal tract. Thus, in order to effectively absorb calcium into the body, it is preferable to not consume calcium and dietary fiber at the same time; however, doing so can be a hassle for consumers attempting to effectively supplement these minerals and components. In the present invention, refined calcium salt having an average particle size of no more than 50 ?m, wherein primary particles of calcium salt that are flat with an average length of no more than 2 ?m in the planar direction have aggregated to form secondary particles having an average particle size of no more than 50 ?m, is capable of suppressing the absorption inhibiting action of dietary fiber consumed at the same time and enhances the absorption rate of calcium to the body.

  • Patent number: 10754890
Abstract: A system and method for generating a personalized playlist is provided. A plurality of media tracks from a user device of a user is received. The plurality of media tracks is analyzed for metadata and the metadata is assigned to the media tracks in the plurality of media tracks. One or more user attributes of the user is generated. The one or more user attributes includes a first time period when the user is between 20 and 30 years old. The metadata of the media tracks is compared to the one or more user attributes. The metadata includes metadata for relevant dates of media tracks. The relevant dates include a date of performance of the media tracks and are compared to the first time period. A target mood for generating a playlist is generated. A playlist is generated based on the target mood and based on the comparison of the metadata to the one or more attributes.

  • Publication number: 20190008198
Abstract: The readily absorbable calcium compositions of the conventional art have a problem. They immediately settle out when added to beverage and the like due to their large particle diameter. Another problem is that the wet grinding step, which intends to reduce the particle diameter, requires time and cost. A calcium salt is produced by dripping a carboxylic acid aqueous solution onto a hydrated lime slurry while it is being stirred and spray-dried into granules. In this way, calcium salt primary particles can have a small size and calcium salt can be prevented from precipitating.

  • Patent number: 9498708
Abstract: A game apparatus detects an input position, on an input plane, at which an input operation has been performed. The game apparatus also detects an operation sound that occurs due to the input operation performed on the input plane. The game apparatus evaluates the detected operation sound, and obtains a result of the evaluation (e.g., volume of the operation sound). The game apparatus performs game processing by using the detected input position and the result of the evaluation. This enables the game apparatus to perform more complex processing by using a touch operation as input information, and allows a player to provide more complex instructions based on the touch operation.

  • Publication number: 20150268800
Abstract: A dynamic playlist generator is configured to provide users with a personalized playlist of media tracks based on user data. The system is configured to upload and analyze media tracks, extract enhanced metadata therefrom, and assign classifications to the media tracks based on the enhanced metadata. The system determines one or more conditions of the user and generates a personalized playlist based on matching the user's condition with media tracks that have classifications that correspond to such condition. The classifications can include categories of moods or pacing level of the media tracks. Personalized playlists can be generated based on matching user mood selections with the mood categories of the media tracks, or based on matching user biorhythmic data with the pacing level of the media tracks.

  • Patent number: 8910338
Abstract: A lens cleaner (10) cleans a pickup lens (38) within an optical disk device (12). The lens cleaner (10) includes a disk portion (16) and a grip (20) provided at the rear end thereof. A user inserts the lens cleaner (10) into a slot (14) of the optical disk device (12) with the grip (20) holding with a hand (18) to thereby load the lens cleaner (10) into the interior of the optical disk device 12. When the user turns the lens cleaner (10) right and left with the grip (20) holding, a lens surface is cleaned by a cleaning member upheaving on a bottom surface of the disk portion (16).

  • Publication number: 20140140032
Abstract: A non-limiting example hand-held electronic device includes a battery accommodating portion provided with an attaching portion which is formed in a rectangular shape in plain by longer first sides and shorter second sides, and formed with concave portions at corresponding positions on the first sides. A first battery unit is attached to the attaching portion by fitting first ends which form shorter sides of the first battery unit into the concave portions. When a second battery unit is to be attached to the same attaching portion, a second battery unit is attached within the first sides and the second sides without using the concave portions.

  • Publication number: 20140141652
Abstract: A non-limiting example electronic device includes a battery accommodating portion in which a battery unit is accommodated. A male connector is provided on wires drawn-out from a main unit of the battery unit, and the male connector is inserted (connected) to a female connector which is fixed on a circuit board provided within a housing, and a battery lid is attached to the housing. The battery lid is provided with a projection on a surface which is rendered as an inner surface side when the battery lid is attached, and the projection prevents a connection state of the male connector and the female connector from being disconnected. That is, the projection restrains a movement of the male connector in a direction that the male connector comes out.

  • Patent number: 8412299
Abstract: A biological information measurement device is constituted of an upper cover and a lower cover and a main body portion. Then, the upper cover and the lower cover are assembled such that they partially overlap with each other. A fingertip insertion portion is formed of a holding member, on which a substrate and a line of the main body portion are placed. By covering the whole main body by assembling the upper cover and the lower cover, the substrate and the line of the main body portion arranged on a side surface of the main body in the inside cannot externally be seen.

  • Patent number: 8192285
Abstract: A sports video game having a new and improved user interface that substantially increases the potential realism of the game uses a handheld controller that is able to sense its own position, orientation and/or motion and is affixed to a ball. The ball can be a model of a football that is provided with a depression that snugly accepts and retains the handheld controller. The handheld controller may sense motion, position and/or orientation of the ball and provide wireless inputs to a video game system. The video game system may process such inputs to provide a simulated sports action game play on a video display.
