  • Patent number: 11970950
Abstract: A ceramic coating according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a bond coat layer formed on a substrate; and a ceramic layer formed on the bond coat layer. The ceramic layer has a first region in contact with an interface between the ceramic layer and the bond coat layer and a second region father away from the interface than the first region from the interface. In a cross-section along a thickness direction of the ceramic layer, the number of crack intersection points at which two or more cracks intersect per unit area in the ceramic layer is larger in the first region than in the second region.

  • Patent number: 11946147
Abstract: A thermal barrier coating includes a bond coat layer deposited on a substrate, and a ceramic layer deposited on the bond coat layer. The ceramic layer includes a first layer having a porosity of 10% or more and 15% or less, and a second layer having a porosity of 0.5% or more and 9.0% or less and deposited on the first layer.

  • Patent number: 11913383
Abstract: The present invention provides a thermal barrier coated component, monitoring or evaluation of the soundness of which is able to be adequately carried out on the basis of the thermal boundary conditions that are detected by a sensor. A thermal barrier coated component according to the present invention comprises: a base material; a first bond coat layer that is a metal bonding layer formed on the base material; a sensor unit that comprises a sensor and a conductive wire, which are formed on the first bond coat layer; a second bond coat layer that is formed on the first bond coat layer so as to cover at least the sensor unit, while having a surface roughness higher than that of the first bond coat layer; and a top coat layer that is formed on the second bond coat layer.

  • Patent number: 9483211
Abstract: A storage apparatus includes a processing unit that functions a SAN OS which performs SAN control and a NAS OS which performs NAS control to be operated on a virtualized OS, an inter-OS communication unit that transmits and receives data between the NAS OS and the SAN OS, a transmission controller that transmits a NAS input/output request received in the NAS OS to the SAN OS through the inter-OS communication unit, and a NAS request processing unit that processes the NAS input/output request received from the transmission controller in the SAN OS. With this configuration, the NAS and the SAN can be efficiently integrated in a storage apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7526671
Abstract: The network communication system is capable of communicating with many internal units at high speed, improving reliability of the system and decreasing a production cost and a development cost. The network communication system comprises a plurality of control units respectively connected to internal LANs, which connect internal units mutually. Each of the control units includes: a port opening/closing unit for selectively setting the control unit in an open state, in which the control unit acts as the unit having a common IP address of the control units with respect to the external network, or in a close state, in which an access to the control unit from the external network is prohibited; and a unit for solving the address duplication, which sets the control unit in the close state and changes the network address of the corresponding internal LAN so as to solve the address duplication. One of the control units is set in the open state, and the rest of the control units is set in the close state.
