  • Publication number: 20050270010
Abstract: A voltage-controlled current source includes an FET mirror connection circuit in which a gate and a drain of a first FET are connected to each other and a gate of a second FET is commonly connected to a connection point between the gate and the drain of the first FET; a third FET which has a source load and which is source-follower connected; a fourth FET of which a gate and a source are directly connected to each other and a connection point between the gate and the drain is connected to a source of the third FET to become the source load; and a fifth FET for inverting a voltage of which a gate is connected to a source of the third FET and a drain is connected to the common connection point of the FET mirror connection circuit. In the voltage-controlled current source, a control voltage is applied to the gate of the third FET, and an output current corresponding to the control voltage is derived from the drain of the second FET.

  • Publication number: 20050083125
Abstract: A variable gain amplifier contains first and second amplifying elements for signal amplification, which are differentially connected to a first constant current source. Third and fourth amplifying elements for gain control are differentially connected to a signal input terminal connected to a second constant current source. Fifth and sixth amplifying elements for gain control are differentially connected to a signal input terminal connected to a third constant current source. In addition, an output terminal of the first amplifying element is connected to the second constant current source and an output terminal of the second amplifying element is connected to the third constant current source. The first constant current source is connected to a high potential terminal of a power source and the second and third constant current sources are connected to a low potential terminal of the power source.

  • Publication number: 20040222428
Abstract: A linear array of red LEDs 10R is provided so as to extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction in which a swing-type display device is swung, and a linear array of green LEDs 10G is further provided, the red LEDs 10R and green LEDs 10G being arranged in pairs of two. A CPU activates each of the red LEDs 10R and green LEDs 10G for a predetermined period to emit light in a luminance level in accordance with image data. As a result, an image corresponding to the image data is displayed in the trajectory of the swing due to persistence of vision. Thus, an image can be displayed in various colors.

  • Patent number: 5537389
Abstract: Scratches on the recording disk caused by sliding of a disk cartridge shutter is prevented by slidably inserting first and second shutters between a tray and a case on the opposite side to a recording disk accommodating portion of the tray. The first shutter simultaneously opens and closes a case side driving shaft insert hole, a case side head insert hole, a tray side driving shaft insert hole, and a tray side head insert hole. The second shutter opens and closes a terminal hole. The second shutter is opened independently of the first shutter and is held in a position so that the case side driving shaft insert hole, the case side head insert hole, the tray side driving shaft insert hole, and the tray side head insert hole are not closed. Closing the first shutter, however, causes the second shutter to also close.
