  • Patent number: 10977510
Abstract: An information-processing device, when image recognition performed by an object recognition function and a first category recognition function on a captured image acquired from an image capture display device fails, and image recognition performed by a second category recognition function succeeds, informs a user of a method for capturing an image that enables object recognition, and causes the object recognition function to perform image recognition on another captured image that is captured in accordance with the method. If the image recognition performed by the object recognition unit on the other captured image succeeds, information-processing device instructs image capture display device to display a composite image determined according to a result of the image recognition at a position determined according to the result of the image recognition.

  • Patent number: 9257911
Abstract: A synchronous rectification switching power source device accurately determines the timing of the turning off of a synchronous rectifier switching element regardless of the state of the load, and a synchronous rectification period is utilized to the maximum. The switching power source device is configured of a main FET connected to a primary winding of a transformer, a snubber circuit connected to the primary winding, a synchronous rectifier FET connected to a secondary winding of the transformer, a diode connected to the synchronous rectifier FET, a synchronous rectifier FET drain voltage detection unit, an output voltage detection unit, and a drive control unit. The drive control unit accurately determines the timing of the turning off of the synchronous rectifier switching element using a unit that detects the on/off state of the main FET, a variable pulse generator unit, a count value generated by a counter unit, and a threshold value.

  • Patent number: 9042128
Abstract: A flyback type switching power supply includes between P and N of a direct current output a sudden load change detector circuit, which normally has no power consumption, that detects only a transient fluctuation of a direct current output voltage, and starts the switching of a primary side semiconductor switch when there is no load or a light load, even when the semiconductor switch is in an off state, thereby enabling the detection of the direct current output voltage in a tertiary winding, and suppressing a drop in the direct current output voltage.

  • Patent number: 8885365
Abstract: A switching power supply device and method for control thereof, including an input voltage generating unit, a transformer, an output voltage generating unit, a MOS transistor, an output voltage detecting unit, a switching control unit, and a power supply unit. The output voltage detecting unit detects a transformer tertiary winding voltage, compares it with a first reference value, compares the differentiated tertiary winding voltage with a second reference value, and determines the start and end of a detection period based on the two comparisons. The output voltage detecting unit also samples and holds the voltage with two sampling pulses within the detection period, selects one of the two sampled and held voltages, and outputs the selected voltage when the detection period ends.

  • Publication number: 20080028013
Abstract: A two-dimensional fast Fourier transform is carried out on a block of sample points by executing a one-dimensional fast Fourier transform on all vertical lines of sample points, storing the resulting values at one or more specified positions in each vertical line in an internal buffer, and then executing a one-dimensional fast Fourier transform on each resulting horizontal line of transformed data. This entire process is repeated, the specified positions being changed at each repetition, until all horizontal lines have been processed. The necessary amount of buffer memory is reduced because the internal buffer only has to store intermediate results for a limited number of horizontal lines.

  • Patent number: 5523586
Abstract: A burn-in socket for carrying out a burn-in test for semiconductor bare chips according to the present invention includes a chip container, a cover member, and clamp jigs for fixing the cover member to the upper portion of the chip container. The chip container has a recess capable of setting bare semiconductor chips to undergo the burn-in test. The chip container also has internal electrodes and external electrodes connected to the internal electrodes. The cover member is constituted by fixing an inexpensive TAB tape, which can be finely processed, to a transparent member formed of glass or the like. The chip electrodes of the semiconductor chip set in the recess of the chip container are electrically connected to the internal electrodes of the chip container by using the leads of the TAB tape fixed to the cover member. The alignment of the leads, chip electrodes, and internal electrodes is easily performed by seeing through the TAB tape from the cover member.

  • Patent number: 4813814
Abstract: An offshore platform provided with several supporting legs ascending and descending vertically and installed in a specified place on the sea by lowering the supporting legs onto the seabed after being towed to the specified place. Each of the supporting legs has on its side racks extending longitudinally. The supporting legs are lifted and lowered by driving pinions that engage with these racks. The offshore platform can be held immovably on the sea by fixing the meshing of the racks with the pinions, which is accomplished by braking pinion drives, when the supporting legs have reached the seabed. This offshore platform is also provided with stoppers that can engage with and disengage from the racks through the lateral movement thereof toward and away from the racks. The supporting legs are held by both the pinions and the stoppers.
