  • Publication number: 20240095559
Abstract: A steady range determination device (100) determines a steady range of a multilevel signal in operation data containing the multilevel signal. A conversion unit (122) converts the multilevel signal into at least one binary signal with using a threshold value. A prediction unit (123) inputs the binary signal converted by the conversion unit (122) to a prediction model (133) and calculates a converted binary signal prediction value. A range determination unit (126) calculates, based on the converted binary signal prediction value and the threshold value, a probability that a signal value of the multilevel signal contained in the operation data exists in a range determined based on the threshold value. The range determination unit (126) determines the steady range of the multilevel signal contained in the operation data, on a basis of the probability.

  • Publication number: 20220342407
Abstract: An irregularity detection apparatus (100) converts a multi-valued-signal value of each of one or more multi-valued-signals at each time point into a binary-signal-value group. The irregularity detection apparatus calculates a forecast-signal-value group at a subject time point by computing a forecast model with use of, as input, a past-signal-value group which is a collection of a binary-signal value of each of one or more binary signals at each past time point and the binary-signal-value group of each of the one or more multi-valued signals at each past time point. The irregularity detection apparatus compares with the forecast-signal-value group, a collection of the binary-signal value of each of the one or more binary signals at the subject time point and the binary-signal-value group of each of the one or more multi-valued signals at the subject time point, and determines a state of a subject system (220) at the subject time point.

  • Publication number: 20100043711
Abstract: A material source evaporator for use with an evacuable interior deposition chamber in which evaporated materials are deposited on substrates comprising a container with an associated heater that can heat an vaporizable material provided in the container to provide a vapor thereof. A manifold having a plurality of output apertures also has an associated heater that can heat the material vapor provided in the manifold to remain sufficiently vaporous to pass out of output apertures which are in a selected pattern to provide a calibrated spatial distribution of material vapor that results in a deposition thereof in a layer on an adjacent substrate in a fixed position. Thus, the layer has a relatively uniform thickness.

  • Patent number: 5689235
Abstract: An electronic security system includes a detector (S1, S2) for detecting unauthorized entry of a trespasser into a predetermined outdoor area (A1) or an indoor area (A2) and for generating a detection signal (d1 or d2) indicative of the entry of the trespasser. A mode setting circuit (2) is operated by an input keying operation to select one of an alert mode, in which any possible entry into the predetermined outdoor area (A1) or the indoor area (A2) is monitored, and a non-alert mode in which the possible entry into the predetermined outdoor area (A1) or the indoor area (A2) is not monitored. A control unit (4) preferentially transmits a warning through a telephone line (1) when it receives the detection signal (d1 or d2) generated during the alert mode, but transmits no warning during the non-alert mode.
